We are pleased to share that we have begun sponsoring Ethan Guest, an upcoming karting driver.
When Steve, Ethan’s dad, reached out on social media asking for sponsorship, Ruth was immediately on board. Motorsport has always been close to her heart, so supporting Ethan on his racing journey was an easy yes.
Steve and Ruth first met through a collaborative recruitment network. What began as a professional connection has developed into a shared passion for motorsport and a commitment to supporting future talent.

Ethan, who is only 13, is a talented young racing driver from Aldridge UK who is currently ranked 2nd, 3rd & 4th across three national karting championships and is working hard towards his dream of becoming a Formula 1 driver.
In 2025 Ethan has competed in 16 Championship Race Weekends at Club100 North & South championships, Daniel Ricciardo Series DRS50 & Jack Dex Racing at Shenington owner kart championship.
