ELECTRICALLY BIAS MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer with CI / Lean experience required for Leicestershire based manufacturing company.

As an electrically biased Maintenance Engineer you will join a dedicated and experienced small maintenance team in a busy production environment. Your role will be to assistant in the maintenance of all plant, equipment and services, but to also bring your experience in CI / Lean to make improvements to the processes and efficiencies of the site and equipment.

Electrical maintenance engineer responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM`s.
• Respond to breakdowns in a quick, safe and efficient manner to keep downtime to a minimum.
• Suggest and implement equipment and plant improvements.
• Monitor and request spares to maintain plant and equipment.
• Complete documentation accurately.

Qualifications & experience:

• Ideally qualified in electrical engineering to Level 3 or above.
• Skilled in electrical fault finding and maintenance.
• Ideally apprenticeship trained or hold solid experience in a similar role.
• Experienced with CI / Lean improvement projects.
• Happy to work shifts.
