This way, you can increase your visibility and establish connections within those organisations. Request connections with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams. While not everyone may accept, some will, and these connections could open doors to exciting opportunities!
  • Leverage the power of your LinkedIn connections! Reach out to your own community and ask them if they know anyone in their network who might be able to assist you in your job search. You’ll be amazed at the valuable connections and opportunities that can arise through these connections.

Time Management:

  • If you are not working, please do not spend all day scrolling through job adverts and LinkedIn profiles, you will be exhausted! Set specific time blocks for your job search. Use this time wisely to explore opportunities, engage with others, and apply for positions. Remember, it’s essential to strike a balance and take care of your well-being too.

This will help you keep track of your progress and follow up appropriately. Don’t hesitate to reach out to recruiters and hiring managers, as you may need to be proactive in your job search.
