Experienced Internal Sales Representative/Account Manager/Customer Service Representative required to join a globally operating manufacturer of metal products in their Sales department. The company operates in multiple different sectors and this exciting role is to work within the UK sales team at the Head Office near Birmingham.
As an Internal Sales Representative/Account Manager you will initially be tasked with proactively contacting a detailed list of previous customers who are currently not purchasing to try and turn these around. You will be provided with marketing material and information to assist. This is expected to take 2 to 3 months with the final aim to have a list of potential customers that can be cultivated to start purchasing again.
Once you understand the business and start to turn customers around your responsibilities will cover a number of areas including: managing sales opportunities, retain and grow revenues across accounts, single point of contact for all inbound and outbound enquiries for this group of customers and where appropriate support the field based sales team.
